The brokerage site for consumers

Real estate agents generally spend a lot of time and money on their websites. From texts to photography, everything is thought through to the last detail. But in a landscape where giants such as Funda attract millions of visitors, questions quickly arise such as: how often and why would a consumer still visit my real estate site? And how will this change with the various programs for online bidding?

If you look at the average customer journey, you'll see that a home seeker starts on funda. When a viewing or contact request is sent, it is again through funda. Then, when the viewing has taken place and the documents need to be shared, it is often via email, or an external platform. And for most brokers, bidding is still done via e-mail, or again an external platform.

Eventually, a consumer may purchase a property from you, but has never been to your site.

The importance of the bid widget

We are such an external platform with Eerlijk Bieden , but we also think it can be done differently. With Eerlijk Bieden we want to give control, back to real estate agents. We think it's a shame that almost all real estate agents have a website, but they don't do justice to the customer journey. Therefore, we have developed a free new tool: the Bid Widget

Thanks to Eerlijk Bieden 's Bid Widget, all candidates can pull in the relevant documentation of a property at the click of a button, and you can collect bids online to issue a bid log.

The button can be customized to your house style by default, or you can use the underlying link to place it under your own buttons. If you outsource your site, you can automatically send the manual to your webmaster.

Example new customer journey

In the sales process, the broker can easily take back control with the Bid Widget. For example, if clients are curious about the pieces of a property beforehand, you can refer them directly to your site. If you have had a number of viewings and want to collect online bids, you can again refer to your site.

Security is thick and fast, for example, candidates must verify their cell phone number and perform an e-mail check by default. That way you always know who you are doing business with and that there are no potholes.
