The guest is Wouter Truffino, the initiator of Holland PropTech & ConTech. With this platform, he offers an ecosystem for the construction and real estate sector. The fact is that there is still little investment in R&D. This is partly due to the capital-intensive nature of the industry, which is a barrier to innovative newcomers. Incidentally, there are more and more of these, Truffino says. And the big real estate companies are now also actively seeking cooperation.
