How does the bidding software work?
The real estate agent has chosen to sell the home using the sales method: Regular Bidding. Unlike a Tender, there is no deadline for this method of sale. This means that every bid is immediately revealed to you and your agent. Below you can read how this works per step.

Creation of the online bid form
Your broker creates an online bid form for your home and shares it with all interested candidates. The candidates are given the opportunity to leave an offer online.
Collecting Bids
Does a candidate make an offer? Then we will automatically send you an update by email, the broker will also be notified.
We never show details in the mail itself, therefore, due to privacy-sensitive information, we always ask you to log in to a secure web page.
Negotiating
Sometimes it can happen that there are basically enough bids, but you had actually hoped for a better result.
Your broker can make a counter-proposal for each candidate in this case. We will then keep you informed of all steps in the negotiation process.
Identifying the buyer
Together with the real estate agent, you pick the ideal buyer for your home. This doesn't have to be based on price alone; conditions can also come into play.
Once the choice is made, the broker will assign the buyer in the system. All other applicants will be notified immediately.
The bid log
Only when the sale is completely final will the broker share the bid log. The bid log allows candidates to view all bids in an anonymous overview. In this way, we contribute to a fair housing market through transparency.
