Evaluating the offers

The time has come, the bids are in. We never show details in the e-mail after the deadline, so we always ask you to log in to a secure web page because of the privacy-sensitive information.

Please note, the highest bid does not always have to be the best bid. For example, you can also pay attention to the reservations or relocation wishes.

Identifying the buyer

You have found the ideal buyer for your home. The estate agent will assign the buyer to the system. Everyone will receive a message of the result at the same time.

The bid log

Only when the sale is completely final will the broker share the bid log. The bid log allows candidates to view all bids in an anonymous overview. In this way, we contribute to a fair housing market through transparency.
